Strategizing for Excellence: Status of the Worcester Public Schools Strategic Plan

As the end of the Strategic Plan approaches, there is a new Superintendent, transitions for the School Committee, and new circumstances presented by the pandemic, WPS must develop its next iteration, learning lessons from Defining our Path. The District will need to create mechanisms to measure success, collecting data from the outset, and communicate with the community throughout its implementation. This report will explore the available data as WPS begins to develop its new Plan.
