The Research Bureau is out with a new study on Worcester’s ability to retain the talent it educates. Sadly it reports little progress.
This reminds me of an experiment I remember vaguely from college that featured what seemed to be a then-acceptable form of animal torture. Experimenters would place dogs in a cage with a divider that enabled them to jump out of their cage into another one. The experimenters administered an electric shock in cage A and the dogs jumped into cage B.
