WORCESTER – Worcester’s front and back door could use a new paint job, maybe even a new frame, according to a research report published by a Worcester nonprofit.
Like any city, the vibrancy of downtown relies on several components, and in Worcester’s case, parking plays an integral role. Without sufficient public parking, a recent study by the Worcester Regional Research Bureau Inc. claims, the success of the city may be “left by the curb.”
