WORCESTER – What would a truly representative city government look like?
That question and other springboards of discussion got people talking Monday at the second of seven planned community discussions on race being held in the city through July.
The sizeable crowd came to Quinsigamond Community College to talk about representative government, its connection to race, and ways to make government more accessible to all communities in the city.
The breakout groups that met over the two-hour session churned out concerns and solutions both practical and philosophical.
