Maintaining Municipal Parks: Thinking Outside the Picnic Basket

This report discusses the challenge the City faces in maintaining its parks and recreational facilities during a time of budget cuts and decreasing revenues. Based on our analysis of park maintenance in other cities, The Research Bureau makes some recommendations about how best to meet this challenge.
