The Research Bureau presented the 21st Annual Thomas S. Green Public Service Awards to four outstanding municipal employees from Worcester and the region at a ceremony at Assumption College. The recipients chosen by a ten member committee are: Maureen Binienda, Acting Principal at South High School, Donna Haran, Worcester Public School Teacher, Cindy Ide, Secretary to Town of Grafton Administrator, and Edmund Kochling, Worcester Departemt of Public Works & Parks Assistant Civil Engineer.
